    This program contains the district’s COVID-19 screener. Attached are directions on how to self-register and add your children. You will need to fill this form out every morning for each child that physically reports to a school building. Please be sure to complete the form by 8:15 am for the Elementary Schools and by 7:30 am for the Middle and High School.
